Includes an induction/holiday week during the first week. Induction is available both online and face-to-face.
Renewal / Returning learners

Induction is online only, included when the online application form is completed. The course start date and the study/class start date are the same. There is not a separate induction week.
Please Note
Always check the college timetable or speak with the College before the course starts. Once course fees are paid, any changes to dates are the learner’s responsibility and cannot be modified by the College.
Students’ Holiday Options (First-Time Learners)
The course includes 25 weeks of study + 8 weeks of holidays = 33 weeks in total.
- Holidays are non-consecutive: 1 week at the start of the course + 7 weeks at the end.
- Courses which include the Christmas holidays will have 1 week at the start of the course + 2 weeks during the Christmas holidays + 5 weeks at the end.
- 1–2 weeks at the end of the course are flexible (they may be taken earlier in the course); all other holidays are fixed and cannot be changed.
- Learners who wish to take their flexible holidays earlier in their course must submit a holiday request online through their student portal login.
- Holiday requests are subject to the following conditions: learners must have completed 12 weeks of study and have satisfactory attendance (minimum 85%) at the time of the request.
- Learners who interrupt their studies with their flexible holidays will have to study proportionally longer in order to complete 25 weeks of study in total. Each learner is responsible for monitoring their study end date, which can be accessed through their student portal.
